multiple readings, similar energies

I’ve been working a lot lately at all day tarot events where I find myself reading for thirty to sixty people one after another. An interesting observation I’ve come across is that when I work these sorts of events, it almost feels as if I could leave half the deck at home. Not that I would (after all, I wouldn’t know what part to leave back), but it seems like I could. One after another, the people I read for during these marathons draw the same cards and I find myself talking about the same themes all day long. Now it’s not me drawing the cards for them, I always have my clients choose for themselves. The deck is always well shuffled and I have the client do the cut. And yet still, the same cards show up over and again during the day. What this means exactly, I’m not sure, though I think it might have something to do with the energies that are around that day, and maybe even in that place (wherever it might be). And there might be something to the law of attraction, whereby I’m emitting, and therefore attracting a certain type of energy, and thus the people that are experiencing that particular energy at that time as well. Perhaps, I’m attracting people with the issues that I’m most able to help them with at that time because their issues are not dissimilar from my own. We’re all in it together, so to speak. Anyway, I don’t have any firm conclusions regarding this phenomenon, but I thought I’d bring it up. I’d love to hear from other readers. Do you experience the same thing?
